Job Summary
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you'll lead mid-size technical projects for embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technology in medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments fields.
You'll provide technical and project leadership for our current team of Electrical and Embedded Systems Engineers, coordinating technical activities and maintaining schedules.
You'll be responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and communication with stakeholders. You will ensure timely completion of projects that are high quality, on-time, and within budget.
Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)
- Leading mid-sized technical projects. Developing project scopes and objectives, and detailed project plans, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Anticipating, identifying, defining, and resolving complex organizational and operational problems.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Prior experience in embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technology strongly desired.
- Mentoring and coaching less experienced team members to support their professional development.
- Engaging cross-functional team members, such as purchasing, quality, regulatory, and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with significant prior electrical systems development experience.
- Experience in embedded / hardware / systems development for medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments fields.
- Be able to effectively manage mid-sized technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Be highly proficient in one or more engineering disciplines and project management software tools.
- Be able to guide and mentor others.

Compensation and Benefits
- The base pay for this position ranges from $106,988 per year to $147,108 per year depending on the geographic region.
- Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
