Exciting Opportunity : Insurance and Financial Sales Agent Role in Jacksonville, FL, US. Seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Jacksonville, FL team.

Compensation :
$65,000 - $80,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Achieve set sales targets by engaging with new and existing clients in Jacksonville, FL.
- Customize life insurance solutions to align with clients' financial goals after evaluating their needs.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance team members' knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.
- Develop personalized long-term financial plans that reflect clients' financial aspirations using expertise.
- Support and motivate the team through challenging periods by offering incentives and assistance.
Qualifications :
- A university degree is required, along with previous experience in the insurance or finance sectors.
- A strong passion for establishing a thriving career in the finance field is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team are crucial.
- Proactive nature and confident decision-making skills are key attributes.
- Enjoyment in developing and maintaining client relationships to assist them in making informed financial decisions is necessary.
- Demonstrating a determined and assertive attitude when pursuing goals is important.
