Are you an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney looking to join a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with a proven track record in various areas of litigation, including insurance defense, business litigation, municipal law, employment law, and general litigation.
As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to showcase your legal expertise and contribute to our firm's success.
Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal advice to clients and formulate effective legal strategies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare well-reasoned legal opinions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and legal support staff.
Qualifications :
- Admission to the bar in Missouri and Kansas.
- A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in civil litigation.
- Proven success in handling complex cases from inception through resolution.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
