A prestigious stateoftheart Health Center inBrooklyn New York is looking to immediately hire a fulltime RN withclinical leadership experience and primary care exp to work underthe Nursing manager.
This job entails managing shifts and patientsincluding referrals and quality assurance. This position offers$90K$95K per year plus paid time off medical dental and visionretirement and more.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting the nursing manager in providing leadership andguidance to the nursing staff including assigning duties andmonitoring performance
- Supporting theprofessional development of nursing staff through mentoringtraining and providing resources
- Facilitatingeffective communication and collaboration among the nursing teamother healthcare professionals patients and families
- Assisting in implementing organizational policies andprotocols ensuring compliance with legal and regulatoryrequirements
- Assisting in budget planning andresource optimization and
- Activelyparticipating in professional development activities andcontributing to ongoing improvement of nursingpractices.
