Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Successful, well established State Farm Agency looking for a friendly, (sense of humor) motivated Insurance representative to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for providing insurance related services, excellent customer service, and be sales-minded.
Prefer license in property casualty and experience in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide prompt, accurate quotes and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Market and cross sell Insurance products to existing customers.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Computer proficient.
- Sales experience preferred
- Property and Casualty License preferred (and a Life / Health License)
- Strong written, verbal and listening skills- ability to explain and educate sometimes complex insurance concepts
- Pride in completing work accurately, timely and ability to work independently.
- Must be organized, have a STRONG MEMORY, detail and people oriented. And the ability to multitask.
