Job Title : M365 / CoPilot Engineer

Location : Malvern, PA (hybrid)

Duration : 9 Month

Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Engineer in the Workplace AI Team involves several key responsibilities :
  • Development and Deployment : You will be responsible for developing and deploying M365 Copilot to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
  • Engineering Activities : This includes tasks related to tenant changes, SharePoint administration, and DLP tool integration
  • Workflow Development : Developing extensibility workflows, including topics and actions
  • AI Utilization : Leveraging AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and innovation by accelerating tasks, optimizing workflows, and personalizing experiences
  • Technology Adoption : Driving the adoption of innovative workplace technologies, focusing on M365 Copilot
  • Continuous Improvement : Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and applying a strategic perspective to technical discussions
  • Strategic Influence : Demonstrating strategic agility, influencing without direct authority, and applying a business lens to technical discussions

Qualifications

  • M365 Engineer
  • Microsoft 365 and Copilot : Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Copilot functionalities, including integration and customization.
  • Experience in leveraging these tools to improve productivity and collaboration
  • Cloud Computing : Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. Ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud solutions that ensure robust performance and security
  • DevOps and Automation : Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and automation tools. Skilled in streamlining software development and deployment processes
  • Security and Compliance : Understanding of security protocols, data protection, and compliance requirements. Ability to implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaboration Tools : Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Proficiency in enhancing communication, teamwork, and information sharing Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize workflows. Ability to think strategically and influence decisions without direct authority
