Job Description

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of commercial installation of stone veneer as well as land or brick and block masonry projects for their assigned portfolio.

This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationships. Project managers are the primary drivers of quality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects in the residential space, as well as repair and remodel where applicable.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of all commercial stone installation and masonry work within assigned area including new residential construction and repair / remodel
  • Leads efforts to deliver on-time and in-full completion of installation jobs
  • Accountable to deliver on goals for the portfolio including support of strategic projects, as well as demonstrate commitment to safety and compliance within the area while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics
  • Responsible for managing and recruiting teams of sub-contractors and internal masonry employees to complete jobs
  • Uphold a strong customer focus with the installer teams and demonstrate cross-functional leadership with sales, logistics, and support operations
  • Demonstrate our core values and success behaviors in their approach to work and leadership
  • Track dates and completions of jobs, ensuring smooth and quality work for builders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, construction management or similar, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Solid understanding of the commercial construction process
  • Experience in the new commercial construction / remodel industry preferred
  • Construction project management experience a plus with an emphasis on commercial work

Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.

The US average earnings for this commission-based role is $75K to $90K + sales incentive + company vehicle + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
