Role : Corporate Recruiter

Location : Washington, DC; 5 Days In Office Work Schedule

Pay Rate : $26-31 / Hour

Our client is in search of a Corporate Recruiter to join their fast-paced HR Team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct competency-based interviews, assess candidates, lead debriefs with hiring managers, mentor, and guide managers through hiring decisions.
  • Develop candidate networks and pipelines in key areas across the organization, building relationships and tapping industry sources to develop talent pools.
  • Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions; partnering with leaders to develop and execute strategy, screen / interview / evaluate candidates, perform reference checks, and facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System and provide support as needed to hiring managers.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally in a non-profit or fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience.
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in : ATS, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills : Reliable, responsible, friendly, team-player.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions, multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
