Title : Sr.Project Manager

Project : Healthcare Application development

location : Remote / May require travel to Springfield IL

Client : State of Illinois

Duration : 4 years may extend

Requirement details :

We are seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for the planning and implementation of the transfer of data from existing software to selected new data system.

1st phase of the project :

Project Manager will coordinate and keep detailed reports of the client's current system to transfer and document system knowledge.

2nd Phaseof the project :

The project manager will work closely with the healthcare application team to develop and deliver a robust system with timelines and adhere to specifications

Required Experience :

  • Must Have Experience with Healthcare software development project.
  • Experience in technical leadership including previous experience in generating project schedule, including reviewing and updating the schedule on a regular basis.
  • Abilityto rapidly prioritize competing requirements by assigning configuration and development tasks to analysts.
  • Ability tounderstand and simplify customer requirements by identifying, documenting, and ensuring follow-up on all project issues and risks.
  • Ability to communicate end user feedback to technical and design leads in addressing any need identified by the project team pursuant to effective completion of this project.
  • Strong communication skills in controlling the budget and managing the project resources allocation by providing budget burn-down charts status updates and well a monthly timesheet billable report.
  • Proven knowledge of Healthcare Industry standards for monitoring of project execution and weekly project status conference call (minutes sent to customer).

Qualifications :

  • Must have current active Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale data collection and compliance projects.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans.
  • Experience with data migration and software implementation.
  • Technical proficiency in secure network and server management.
