    Key Responsibilities :

    • Oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable (AR) function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies.
    • Manage billing processes, invoice generation, and payment collection for customers and partners.
    • Monitor outstanding accounts, perform reconciliations, and maintain aging reports to ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, clinical, and finance) to resolve billing discrepancies and improve invoicing workflows.
    • Implement and maintain efficient AR systems, controls, and procedures to enhance cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
    • Prepare AR reports and metrics for leadership, providing insight into collections trends and performance.
    • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Preferred Qualifications :

    • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit management.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control practices.
    • Proven ability to manage AR processes in a growing or technology-driven organization.
    • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Job Type : Full-time

      Schedule : Monday to Friday

      Work Location : In-person

      Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 per year; including quarterly, yearly, and performance bonus and strong equity
