Job Description :
Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Asst. Project Manager with a high energy level and who are passionate about what they do.
The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following :
- Preparing submittal package
- Participating the construction bidding process
- Oversight of subcontractors
- Site visits / on-site full time
- Preparing monthly project status reports
- Developing and monitoring the budget for the individual projects
- Coordinating schedules and monitoring works in progress
- Monthly draw requests, submitted to the owner of the project for payment
- Value Engineering
Qualifications :
- Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent and strong academic or work record.
- Hands-on computer applications including but not limited to : MS Office, Expedition, MS Project, CAD and PDF
- Previous experience of more than 3 yrs on-site supervision under assistance, a PLUS
- Individual must have a desire to be a leader in the construction management arena.
- Motivated self-starter
- Willingness to learn, ability to follow directions
- Must be able to ready engineering drawings and interpret specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
