As a Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Engineer on our team, you have the chance to design tactical networks in support of the US Air Force and other commands.

You Have :

6+ years of experience supporting the engineering of Information Technology systems for DoD

4+ years of experience in network diode technologies, including either Cloud Diode solutions or physical data diodes

Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) A&A activities, including conducting security control validation, and developing and maintaining system authorization packages

Experience engineering solutions with technologies, such as Trusted Thin Client, Secure Operating Systems, or Cross Domain Solutions guard or access

Knowledge of security requirements

Ability to develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements

Ability to investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications or technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple organizations

Ability to develop or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology Engineering, or Math

Nice If You Have :

4+ years of experience engineering solutions across Trusted Thin Client, Secure Operating Systems, Cross Domain Solutions guard or access

Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle to translate strategic cyber objectives, technology, and environmental conditions into engineering outcomes and solutions, such as Raise the Bar (RTB) initiatives

Ability to develop system concepts

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
