Key Responsibilities :

• Engaging Customer Service :
• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Provide expert advice on products, services, and promotions.
• Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
• Sales Excellence :
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Stay informed about the latest products and trends to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting and attractive store environment.
• Efficient Transactions :
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cash register accuracy and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Stock Management :
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, tidy, and well-organized.
• Participate in inventory counts and help monitor stock levels.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support colleagues in completing tasks and achieving overall store success.
• Customer Advocacy :
• Listen to customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications :

• Education and Experience :
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Skills and Competencies :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
