JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Tonya Edison Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client experiences to support the growth of our insurance agency.
We are looking for individuals who possess strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine desire to help people.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up with customers as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance options.
- Employ excellent communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development.
