Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Overview : We are looking for a talented and innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI models, algorithms, and applications. Roles and Responsibilities :

AI Model Development :

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve business problems, such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to optimize performance and accuracy.

Deployment and Integration :

• Build scalable and efficient AI pipelines and systems for data ingestion, processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate AI models into production environments and collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

Experimentation and Evaluation :

• Design and execute experiments to evaluate and benchmark AI models' performance.
• Implement testing frameworks and methodologies to validate model robustness and reliability.

Research and Innovation :

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
• Explore and prototype new AI techniques and algorithms to drive innovation and improve existing solutions.

Documentation and Communication :

• Document AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.
• Present findings, insights, and technical solutions to stakeholders in clear and understandable terms.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency with AI / ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with deploying AI models in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, version control, testing, and agile methodologies.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI solutions across different domains.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud AI Engineer) are advantageous.
