Job Description

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Entertainment Industry is seeking a a Senior Technology Project Manager who will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex Ecommerce software development projects across multiple disciplines. The role blends program / project management, team leadership, delivery execution, and strong business and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate scope definition, cross-functional estimation, and high-level planning
Quantify cost factors, resources, risks, and contingency needs
Develop master program / project schedules and communication plans
Lead cross-functional project teams through full delivery lifecycle
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Coordinate across Product, Design, Tech, and vendors

Qualifications and Skills :

7–10 years of program / project management experience in eCommerce, marketing, or merchandising

Direct management of single project budgets $5M–$10M and program budgets $11M+

4+ years leading large, multidisciplinary digital teams

2–5 years of Agile delivery experience

1–2 years of mobile app (iOS / Android) delivery

3+ years client management experience in a global organization

Proven success delivering full lifecycle software projects (business development to production)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
