New FT CRNA needed about 1 hour from St. Louis in Illinois offering $260k + 17 weeks off. This is an autonomous position offering diverse cases and regionals.
There is plenty to do in the area with where you can enjoy nearby areas such as St. Louis, Nashville, and Louisville, or play in the outdoors hiking, exploring waterfalls, rivers, and stunning scenery.
