Big Dave's Cheesesteaks Charlotte is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead our Charlotte team. As part of our family-owned business, you'll be instrumental in upholding our commitment to serving mouthwatering cheesesteaks while providing exceptional customer service.
We take pride in our warm, inviting atmosphere, where customers feel like part of the family. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
With a competitive salary of $55,000, this position offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our beloved cheesesteak joint in the heart of Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Valid US work authorization
- Strong food service experience
- Food handling license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
