job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInstall and inspect new equipment and upgrades Direct on-site teams and contractors. Monitor labor time and materials costs. Create and maintain site logistics plans Resolve on-site issues after installation Coordinate and conduct testing Oversee maintenance events (small and large) Write maintenance reports and keep logs on different product deployments Diagnose equipment failures and issues with the engineering team Feed information from the field back into design changes with the engineering team Interface and build strong relationships with customer personnel 3+ years of field work experience in an industrial or utility environment (construction, equipment installation and start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.) Experience in HVAC or water treatment strongly preferred Understanding of engineering documents such as drawings, specifications, and standards Experience operating industrial site equipment (manlifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.) Familiar with working with standard safety protocol in industrial settings, including lockout tagout procedures OSHA 30 (preferred), OSHA 10 (required) Experience with ISNet preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of weekdays.

We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to join our team. Responsibilities will include working with our installation team, on-site testing of product deployments, and overseeing on-site maintenance of existing systems. Strong communication and attention to detail will be essential skills for a successful applicant.
