While we are a remote-first, U.S.-based company supporting employees in over 30 states with our team striving to share knowledge, celebrate accomplishments, think creatively, and have fun along the way, this position is eligible for employment in the following states : South Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Who you are :

Required) You have 5+ years of professional experience in a Product Management role, where you've been responsible for making informed decisions and quantifying how your outcomes have impacted company objectives.

Required) You have 3+ years of experience working on Technical Products - areas of focus including API Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Data Science, ETL, Data Architecture, or other disciplines where your customers are internal teams.

  • You have worked on complex projects and know how to research, implement and translate technical solutions alongside your Engineering partners.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective influencing techniques to gain support across multiple levels around vision, strategy, and solution opportunities.
  • You have a clear track record of shipping high-quality solutions on-time & budget.
  • You are excited about purpose and mission-driven opportunities with clear social and business impact.
  • Working experience in the Education / Non-Profit Sectors and / or have experience with Advancement or Fundraising is a nice to have.

How you'll contribute to the team :

  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, business partners, and tech teams to improve and extend our data infrastructure & environments.
  • Develop roadmaps to support our integration & infrastructure initiatives, working closely with your Engineering partners to achieve strategic goals, with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Coordinate implementation of technical and process improvements across the EverTrue organization to deliver impactful change & delight your customers.
  • Define, measure and communicate appropriate business metrics to quantify ROI at all stages of the product development lifecycle.
  • Track industry products & trends to ensure that our technical solutions are consistently evolving, maintaining our product leadership within the markets we serve.
