One of American Family Insurances largest agencies is seeking a qualified sales professional interested in becoming a Licensed Insurance Sales professional.

Insurance experience is not required. We will train and develop the right person with the right skill set. You must be willing and able to obtain a Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements :

  • Colorado Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Life license (must be able to obtain)
  • Great Customer Service Skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
  • Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
