job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform daily preventative maintenance and equipment inspections. Repair and replace screens, conveyor systems, and other plant components. Fabricate and weld parts as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, and cutting tools to complete repairs. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Consistently demonstrate a proven safety track record. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Climb stairs / ladders up to 24 feet. Work in various weather conditions. Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members. Follow instructions while also taking initiative to solve problems independently. Meet deadlines and production goals in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency (HSE). Valid driver's license. Previous heavy equipment operation experience (front-end loader preferred). Prior aggregate or quarry experience a plus, but not required for mechanically skilled candidates. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
