About the Role

The successful BI developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems and solutions.

As a BI developer, you will design, develop and implement business requirements into actionable insights that will serve multiple organizational stakeholders.

This position offers an opportunity to build insightful data solutions in a rich data environment over modern big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Build end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
• Create dashboards based on best practices and support users across the organization.
• Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.
• Monitor and tune BI systems for optimal performance and scalability.
• Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years with proven experience as a BI Developer or a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with ETL / ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri).
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with a 'make it happen' approach.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments.
