Salary Range : Min : $32.62, Mid : $40.82, Max : $48.93; $3 shift differential
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Hand Therapist Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Miami, FL.
As a Certified Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional occupational therapy services, with a focus on hand therapy, to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' functional limitations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapy Florida State License.
- 1-2 years of hand therapist experience preferred.
- BLS Certification.
Schedule :
- Full-time position with a 5 x 8 schedule.
- Rotating weekends required.
