Our Irvine, CA group is seeking an accomplished Technical Manager to join our team in supporting multiple software products and brands across the organization, such as and .

You will have a direct impact on highly visible Homes web and mobile applications that touch millions of users.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • 10+ years of development experience
  • Expertise with .Net Core 6.x, C#, Relation and Document Data Systems (such as, Elastic Search)
  • Experience with Kafka, SQS, Lambda, S3, Redis
  • Solid development and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in fast paced Agile Scrum environments
  • Understanding & implementation of automated test processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and senior management)
  • Excellent team and consensus building abilities
  • Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience
  • Experience in developing Web Applications
  • Familiarity with TypeScript frameworks is highly desired
  • Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus
