COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Salary : MGMA Fair Market Value, no State Income Tax in Alaska
• Relocation assistance and Sign-on Bonus : $25,000
• Student Loan Forgiveness : through the State of Alaska SHARP I Program

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Hospital-employed Clinical Role, work 8-5 pm with no weekends or after hours
• Mostly outpatient setting
• Oversee the Behavioral Health and Treatment Center
• Behavioral Health Staff includes : 2 LCSWs, 2 Case Managers, and 2 Peer Supporters
• Providing clinical supervision to staff and ensuring the coordination of patient services
• Master Level Counselors are available

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Psych-Certified (PMHNP) is preferred with some experience
• See Psychiatry patients, provide consultations, comfortable working independently, willing to teach medical staff
• Occasionally will visit a mobile site

COMMUNITY Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
