Job Description :
Caring for a client with progressed or complex care needs by providing moderate to extensive assistance with ADLs .
Support the client's overall well-being by building a meaningful connection, assuring autonomy, and providing safety and security.
Help bathe, dress, groom, and assist with other things people do throughout the day.
Provide care for clients with special and / or chronic care conditions such as dementia or people who have had a stroke.
Assist with activities of daily living : washing, walking, dressing and grooming, eating, bathroom assistance, and activities of daily living.
Record changes in the client's level of ability.
Assist with shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other instrumental activities of daily living.
Assist those who can walk, wash, dress, eat, groom, and use the toilet independently. You may provide encouragement, help oversee activities, provide setup assistance, etc.
