As a product designer at Lyra, you’ll lead projects to successful outcomes for users and the business by approaching problems holistically and creating elegantly simple solutions to multi-faceted, complex problems.

In this role, you’ll work from idea to implementation alongside product designers, product managers, engineers, clinicians, and executives to shape the design ecosystem for millions of users.

The Product Design Team is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join us in the following area : Go to Market (GTM) & Platform : You'll enhance our platform's configurability and scalability to support new member eligibility, access, and account requests, improving the experience for members, clients, and partners.

You'll also focus on expanding coverage and features for existing customers to win renewals, and invest in core areas like member identity management, eligibility, and data privacy to enhance our member accounts.

Additionally, this role includes working with designers and front-end engineers to maintain and evolve Lyra’s design system, and leading various accessibility initiatives.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote / virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end user journey from ideation to final productionInfluence the shape of the product with research and data while executing designs using high-quality wireframes, user journeys, cross-platform interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designMaintain and evolve Lyra’s holistic design system and component libraryDesign experiences across all of our platforms : iOS, Android, WebParticipate in design critiques and present work regularly in stakeholder feedback meetingsEvaluate design opportunities through UX research interviewsBuild relationships with cross-functional team members across disciplines, and effectively speak to process, goals, and team visionPartner closely with engineers as they build and ship solutionsQualifications 8+ years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field with experience working on mobileProven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to usersExperience implementing robust design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environmentDeep knowledge of accessibility standards (e.

g. Learn more at : DEIB$149,000 - $205,000 a year As a full-time Lead Product Designer, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000 - $205,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra.
