That’s where you come in. About the team : In this role you will bring product, tech and the business together to execute our business strategies leveraging Generative AI.

You will be able to deliver outsized and measurable outcomes by defining and guiding objectives, roadmaps, cross organization collaboration, progress and technical requirements for our Generative AI platforms.

• This will require a strong technical background, solid system architecture skills and effective communication Our Senior Manager TPMs have : Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycleExceptional communication and collaboration skillsExcellent problem solving and influencing skillsA quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions;

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site) : $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr.

Manager, Technical Program ManagementSan Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site) : $210,900 - $240,700 for Sr. Manager, Technical Program ManagementSales Territory : $168,700 - $192,600 for Sr.

Manager, Technical Program ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
