Key ResponsibilitiesVerify insurance coverage benefits and calculate patient out-of-pocket costsSend and follow up on authorization requests for genetic testingCoordinate with vendors to obtain timely prior authorizations and report issuesRequired Qualifications2+ years of insurance and authorization experienceStrong understanding of benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket calculationsExperience working on IVS / Auth from the provider sideKnowledge of Ancillary Rules
