This position will start out as part-time and will transition to a full-time role.
Summary / Objective :
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, this position provides administrative support for the Service and Construction departments.
Essential Job Functions :
- Review Service Tickets for billing accuracy.
- Enter time worked for Service Technicians and Construction personnel in Great Plains Time Track software.
- Close out Gilbarco / Warranty claims.
- Issue and receive Purchase Orders.
- Commission / Register new equipment installed.
- Review denied / past-due invoices.
- Obtain multiple trip approval for billing purposes.
- Assist construction manager with ordering equipment, setting up jobs and reviewing jobs for close out.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
- Good at multitasking and prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Self-starter with focus on process improvement.
- Great Plains experience a plus.
- Related work experience in service dispatching strongly.

Supervisory Responsibility :
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions within the company.

Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands :
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This position will start out as part-time and will transition to a full-time role. Standard Office hours are Monday- Friday 8-5 PM.
This positions hours will be discussed during screening.
Travel :
Local travel into the branch is expected.
Required Education and Experience :
High school diploma / GED required.
Work Authorization / Security Clearance :
US Work Authorization is required.
