Location : Fridley, MN

Wage : $26 - $33 / hr.

Hours :

  • 6 am 2 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Some overtime may be required.

Duties of the industrial maintenance mechanic :

  • Perform machine repair and maintenance, covering electrical, pneumatic, PLCs, hydraulics, plumbing, and facilities.
  • CNC machine repair and maintenance
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, requisition supplies, and conduct building repairs.
  • Travel between internal facilities to complete necessary repairs and projects using a company vehicle.
  • Ensure safety compliance, estimate project timelines, and promptly report incidents.
  • Maintain workspace ergonomics, utilize PPE, and adhere to Standard Work practices.
  • Complete required safety and OSHA training.

Requirements of the industrial maintenance mechanic :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial machinery / manufacturing maintenance.
  • Vocational certificates and / or experience in Electrical, HVAC, PLC, and Plumbing.
  • 3 years' experience in CNC machinery
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical operations.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry 50 to 100 lbs, bend, stoop, squat, reach, grasp, pull, and work at heights.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Valid driving license
