Opportunity and position information : $500 hiring bonus after 90 day period to the right Automotive Technician!New Concept Auto Service, a busy, stable and profitable shop in Overland Park, owned and operated by Paul and Polly Rupp, is looking for another team member.

The candidate will need at least three years of mechanical and electrical, and maintenance and repair experience on late model computerized vehicles.

We work on American, Asian, and VW / Audi. We have been a AAA-approved shop for 32 years (since 1986) and offer a well-trained, supportive, drug and smoke free work environment.

We are growing! For 2019 we have added additional fleet work (cars and SUVs), to include a steady flow of mechanical and electrical work from three insurance companies.

Approximately 15 percent of our business is electrical and mechanical work (no paint or body work) for classic car retrofitting, reviving, modifying and modernizing.

Someone who also has the ability to understand and diagnose electrical issues on vehicles that contain aftermarket devices (for example : tracing down draws), in addition to possessing the ability and / or interest to analyze and diagnose network issues and module programming.
