Duties :
- Provides patients’ personal hygiene by giving bed pans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, assisting with travel to the bathroom and helping with showers and baths.
- Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Checking weight and recording intake and output information.
Job Requirements :
- 1 Year experience
- Active OREGON CNA License
- CPR / BLS / First Aid Certification
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & Cell phone
- Food Handlers card
- WHATEVER-IT-TAKES ATTITUDE!
