Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent with extensive background in the construction industry, particularly with new construction projects.
Commercial Construction Superintendent - Raleigh, NC will be responsible for :
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and uphold quality standards
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to swiftly address and resolve any issues
- Promote a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site
Profile
Commercial Construction Superintendent - Raleigh, NC should have the following experience :
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Experience with new construction projects valued at $20M+
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings, including updating project-related drawings
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high safety and quality standards
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Job Offer
