What You Can Expect :

Utilize your organizational prowess to efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing clinic operations.

Serve as the guardian of our paperwork, proactively preparing, creating, and handling patient documents.

Expertly guide new patients through the intake process, collecting health information and ensuring a seamless experience.

Act as a liaison between patients and staff, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance via phone and in person.

Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.

Safeguard patient confidentiality with utmost discretion in handling sensitive information.

Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Harness your computer skills to complete tasks using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ECW and other software.

Skillfully handle patient concerns, addressing situations with empathy and understanding to find the best outcome for their care.

Adapt easily to changes in procedures or policies, remaining flexible and focused on delivering quality service.

Manage conflicts with patients professionally, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and amicably.

Hours of Operation : Flexible shifts within our hours of operation

Thursday- 6 : 30 AM-8 : 00 PM

Friday- 6 : 30 AM-7 : 00 PM

Saturday-6 : 30 AM-7 : 00 PM
