An organization that is affiliated with Alameda County located in Oakland is looking for a Retirement Benefits Specialist ASAP for a contract to possible hire position.
Position Description :
Balance and reconcile 401k payroll and loan contributions
Perform various manual calculations related to rates, premiums, refunds, deductions, and contributions.
Balance and reconcile payroll contributions
Audit benefit plans using VLOOKUP.
Reconciled benefit deductions on employee’s payroll
Assist in integration testing of plans and employees. Document results.
Requirements :
4+ years benefits payroll analyst experience. Must have experience preforming benefit calculations. Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Human Resources would be a plus.
Must be comfortable passing a fingerprint background check.
Skills :
Must have strong MS EXCEL & MS WORD experience. Excellent phone supported customer service.
Pay Rate : $25 hour plus benefits (after 60 days) plus (after 90 days)
