Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 12 Month + Contract .

8am to 5pm Shift (Central Time Zone). Virtual role
- Follow order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
- Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
- Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
- Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and / or workload require additional time
- Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch
- Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes
- Additional duties as assigned

- 3+ years of experience required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Must have Skills : 1. Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes 2. Organized 3. Communication (customer service orientation) 4.
Computer Savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office Suit of products 5. Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions Comfortable in a fast-paced environmentERP Experience (JDE or SAP) desiredAdaptability Energized / High achieverProven experience and success working remote - must be accountable 100% during working hours and active in work queues
