Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in California.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and wellness.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications :
- Current and valid California LVN license.
- Completion of an accredited LVN program.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
