Virtual Retail Merchandising Trainer
Field Jacksonville , Florida Minimum Experience Experienced Neptune Retail Solutions is currently seeking a Virtual Retail Merchandising Trainer to s upport the field leadership team by playing a key role in employee development via delivery of detailed and thorough virtual training.
As needed, refresh existing and develop new modules and conduct virtual training sessions for field representatives and field leaders.
Key Job Accountabilities :
Administer virtual training sessions for all key frontline field associates (Retail Merchandiser, Retail Service Representative, Retail Merchandising Coach and Virtual Retail Merchandising Coach)
Administer Virtual training sessions for field leaders (Senior Area Manager, Area Manager, Designates)
Create and manage virtual training modules and continuing education resource guides
Publish quarterly training calendars (modules, dates, times, trainers, etc.)
Conduct Special Projects training as assigned
Skill Requirements :
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
Proficient in Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
Proficient in all technical platforms
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, interpersonal and professional skills
Ability to work independently and to adapt in a continuously changing environment
Experience Needed :
Combined 2-3 years virtual and in-store training experience
Creating content for training purposes
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination plus a booster required*
