Looking to fill a dedicated Patient Safety-Risk / Grievance position that facilitates all patient safety and clinical risk management programs necessary to support high reliability, patient safety, risk management and complaints in daily operations to achieve THR’s strategic goals of becoming a High Reliability Organization.
The position acts as the subject matter expert for patient safety / risk related requirements for reporting and adherence to policy and standards
