We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a short term contract employment opportunity in the education industry at our Hoboken, New Jersey location.
This role is vital within our university setting, where you will be expected to assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Responsibilities :
- Managing executive schedules, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication both internally and externally to maintain professional relationships
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of all executive meetings and conference calls
- Providing superior customer service, including processing inquiries and providing information to staff, students, and the public in a university setting
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive university information
- Assisting in special projects as needed
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar within an educational setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in managing calendars and coordinating meetings and conference calls
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
