Job Description :
Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Administrative Recruiter to join our team. As a key player in our recruiting efforts, the ideal candidate will focus on identifying, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in the healthcare field.
This role is essential to ensuring that we maintain a high level of care for the clients and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for various caregiving roles within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and recruitment flow.
- Collaborate with the operations and care management teams to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, including caregivers, home health aides, and related positions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and social media tools for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal staff.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in senior care or home healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring within the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Schedule :
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate must be available for approximately 15-20 hours per week.
