Customer Support Specialist
Our global technology client seeks a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist with strong problem-solving skills to support their team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an exciting industry while working with a collaborative group.
This is a remote role requiring core PST or MDT business hours.
Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls, emails, chats, and online cases.
- Assist with setting up customers in the system.
- Maintain customer contact information and update outdated email addresses.
- Check customer orders / sales statuses and schedule follow-up appointments for customers.
Customer Support Specialist Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior customer service and / or call center experience in a high volume setting required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary : $18-$19 / hr. (DOE)
