Job Description :
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow to join our team.This is a district-wide position in Salemoffering a unique opportunity to work with students across various schools.
As an SLP Clinical Fellow, you will provide essential speech and language services to students, helping them overe munication challenges and achieve their academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' munication needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language goals.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
