We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, off-site construction projects through the construction life cycle.

Role Responsibilities : Enhance and manage comprehensive project plans, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and production to deliver seamless project execution.Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Analyze project metrics and provide regular, insightful reporting to executive leadership.Additional roles and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or equivalent experience.Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite.

Solid communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for novice audiences.Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
