We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Safety and Security for a spectacular resort-style property near Fort Myers, FL .
This role will oversee the safety, security and emergency response procedures for all residents, team members and guests and be the campus-wide leader for the department.

COMPENSATION : Base Salary of $130,000 - $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement and more!
Director of Safety and Security Skills and Experience :
- Proficiency in security systems, fire / safety codes and regulations
- Experience reviewing / developing emergency response procedures
- Proven ability to manage effectively in high-stress situations
- Exceptional communication skills
- High-level team leadership ability
