CEO Real Estate Acquisition and Investment
The CEO of Real Estate Acquisition and Investment will be entrusted with identifying and securing strategic real estate assets, subsequently guiding their management and leasing operations.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Oversee the financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
- Oversee the acquisition of properties, ensuring thorough due diligence, negotiation, and purchase processes.
- Drive the companys reputation in the market and with customers by providing high-quality portfolio and asset management.
- Lead the identification, analysis, and acquisition of real estate properties that align with the company's strategic goals and financial objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while ensuring high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate finance and investment strategies to conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment for potential acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, investors, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor an eventual team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You will initially be a team of one.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and acquisition opportunities to investors.
- Stay abreast of market trends, emerging opportunities, and challenges within the real estate sector to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal and intrastate laws and regulations.
- Coordinate closings and contract execution.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Extensive experience in real estate acquisition, property management, and leasing, including short-term rentals and section 8 housing.
- Proven track record of successful property portfolio growth.
- Possesses understanding of and experience with Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Attorneys, title insurance entities, accelerated depreciation, feasibility studies, and mortgage brokers.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with real estate financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in real estate software and platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Possess sand exhibit strategic thinking, real estate expertise, and leadership skills necessary to drive profitability and operational excellence.
- Must be proficient in emerging technologies.
