JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direction of leadership, the Employer Accounts Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the processing of the Trust Fund’s receivables.
We provide excellent customer service in support of our employers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY ROLES to include the following, but not limited to :
Responsibilities
- Process contribution remittance payments
- Review accounts and process reconciliations
- Perform standard customer service functions
- Stay compliant with security and confidentiality policies as well as HIPAA and ERISA regulations
Knowledge / Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes :
- Minimum of 2 years of office work environment experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude, knowledge in accounting or finance preferred
- Experience in processing accounts receivables
- Data entry / 10-key proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual / Spanish a plus but not required
- College degree preferred or relevant work experience
- Ability to work in teams
