We are seeking a Director of Product, to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and leading a talented team of product managers.

Your expertise will be critical in delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular, thorough market research around industry trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies as well as buyer and customer interviews to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop, communicate and execute iteratively upon a comprehensive and compelling product strategy that aligns with business goals and balances customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure plans create the most compelling business solution while ensuring overall competitive positioning in the market and high-value solutions that truly solve customer problems.
  • Drive end-to-end customer value delivery, from feature conception to launch to adoption and iterative innovations.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for discovery and development by cross-functional teams;
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product), making data-driven decisions, to manage dependencies and ruthlessly prioritize and optimize product features, enhancements, backlog items, and bug fixes.
  • Define, regularly track and assess performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product successes / failures and overall trajectory.
  • Partner with the sales, services, support, marketing, and readiness organization
  • Drive visibility and performance monitoring for SaaS applications.
  • Drive process improvement and discipline of the Business of Products
  • Influence portfolio peers as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and guide product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with Suite product leaders to align product goals with overall company objectives
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high-energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record of working in or with SaaS software companies.

They can go deep into both functional / technical hurdles with engineers / architects as well as strategic discussions with executives.

Experience with HCM products or solutions is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years in a SaaS product management or business strategy role.
  • We work in a hybrid model. 3 days in the office per week if required, as of week one of employment. Office locations are Lowell MA, Weston FL, and San Francisco CA.

  • Passion for creating delightful user experiences.
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with experience in shaping cohesive, engaging product experiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem solver and decision maker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach.
  • An evangelist of how technology can unlock business value and customer experiences.
  • History and reputation for listening to users, understanding their needs, and creating improvements to meet those needs.
  • Strong track record of influencing and executing product strategy through portfolio roadmaps and tight collaboration with Engineering.
  • Committed to collaboration and can work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value.
  • If no experience in HCM, you have a proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $152200.00 to $223100, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.

This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $175030.

00 to $256565.00 per year.
